Medovik, or honey cake, is a traditional layered timeless dessert originating from Eastern Europe. It features 7–8 thin, caramelized honey layers held together by a creamy filling made from a blend of sweet and sour cream. Our honey cakes consist of 7 layers, freshly made to order.
Orders have to be made before 12 noon for next day pick-up any time after 10am in the morning. You can call us directly for urgent orders — we may be able to fit in late orders sometimes.
Pick up is located next to Casula Central, postcode 2170. Exact location will be shared for pick ups once your order has been made.
Yes, we deliver for an additional fee within 10km of Casula Central. Within 3km = $9.95 · Between 3–10km = $18.95. For over 10km, delivery can be arranged via rideshare services like DiDi or Uber.
Yes — all our cakes are 100% Halal and suitable for vegetarians. However, they are not suitable for lacto-vegetarians who do not eat eggs, as our cakes contain eggs.
Unfortunately, no — our cakes are not gluten free.
Keep refrigerated for up to one week. During transportation, avoid direct sunlight and high temperatures. Our honey cakes can be out of the fridge for no longer than 2 hours.
