Order Cancellations
  1. For a full refund, request for cancellation must be made at least five (3) days prior to the order’s collection date. 
  2. If ordered within 3 days, we will accept cancellation and provide full refund only if within 48 hours.
  3. If ordered and cancelled within 48 hours. The order is non – refundable
  4. Requests for changes and cancellation must be expressed in writing to honeycakes2170@gmail.com
  5. If an order is cancelled and a refund is issued, it may take up to five business days for the funds to reach your account. 
 
Order Pick ups
  1. You should collect your order at the time and day mentioned with your order, any changes to this should be notified atleast 24 hours in advance, failing to which we don’t guarantee if any change request will be accepted.
  2. We don’t hold your order for more than 24 hours if its not collected on time.
 
Order Delivery
  1. If you have selected delivery , link to pay for delivery will be sent prior and it should be paid before delivery, failing to which your order needs to be picked up.
  2. We aim to deliver between 1-3 hours of requested delivery times, Although we try to deliver on requested times, we can’t promise an exact time. However, we will keep in touch to give you updates about your delivery progress 
 
Returns
  1. Should you be dissatisfied with the product you have received, you must notify us within 24 hours from receiving the product in question. 
  2. In order for a full refund to be granted, we request that the product in question be returned to us for inspection. We reserve the right not to provide a full refund if the product in question is not returned to us.
  3. Any other complaint not covered by relevant consumer laws will be subject to remedies at our discretion.
